1. About this website

This website is operated by Posterjunkies. In these Terms, “I”, “me”, and “my” refer to Posterjunkies. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be the age of majority where you live, or have permission from a legal guardian. You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose.

3. Store platform

My store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to sell products and services.

4. Products and availability

I sell physical prints and digital downloads. Some items may be available only online. Quantities, descriptions, and prices can change at any time. I may discontinue products without notice.

5. Digital downloads and license

When you purchase a digital download you receive 5 JPG files (300 DPI) in the aspect ratios listed on the product page. Delivery is immediate on the order confirmation page, by email link, and inside your account.

License: personal use only. You may print for yourself or as a gift. You may not resell, redistribute, share the files, upload them to print-on-demand sites, or use them commercially without written permission.

Digital products are non-refundable as described in the Refund Policy, except where a file is defective and I provide a corrected file.

6. Colors and materials

I aim to display colors accurately, but variations can occur due to screens, printers, and paper. Minor variation is not a defect.

7. Orders and payment

I reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order. I may limit or cancel quantities per person, household, or order. Provide current, complete, and accurate information at checkout.

Prices are shown in your selected currency where available. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout. If your payment is declined, the order will not be processed.

8. Shipping and delivery

I currently ship to 19 countries: United States, Australia, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Canada, New Zealand, Netherlands, Austria, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Singapore, Czech Republic, and the United Kingdom.

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times depend on destination and carrier. Estimates are not guarantees.

I work with regional print partners. Your print may be produced near you to reduce transit time and impact.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery scan by the carrier. Report lost or damaged items according to the Refund Policy timelines.

9. Customs and import

If duties or import taxes apply in your country, you are responsible for paying them unless stated otherwise at checkout. Refusal to pay may result in the parcel being returned or disposed of by the carrier.

10. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

See the Refund Policy for full details. Prints are made to order and cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue approved under the policy. Digital products cannot be returned. Contact me promptly if you need to cancel; once production starts, cancellation is not guaranteed.

11. Optional tools and third parties

I may offer access to third-party tools or links. These are provided as is. I am not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Use them at your own risk.

12. User accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

13. User content and reviews

If you submit reviews, images, or comments, you grant Posterjunkies a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for store and marketing purposes. Do not post content that is unlawful, infringing, or misleading. I may remove content that violates these Terms.

14. Intellectual property

All designs, images, text, and other content on the site are owned by or licensed to Posterjunkies and are protected by intellectual property laws. Do not copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of the site or products without written permission.

15. Prohibited uses

Do not use the site to violate laws, infringe IP rights, harass others, transmit malware, scrape or crawl the site, or interfere with security features.

16. Errors and availability

Occasionally there may be errors in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, or availability. I may correct errors, change or update information, or cancel orders if information is inaccurate, including after you submit an order.

17. Warranties and liability

The site and all products are provided as is and as available, except as expressly stated in the Refund Policy. I do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data. In any case, my total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product related to that claim.

18. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Posterjunkies from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.

19. Privacy

Your submission of personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy.

20. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law rules. The courts of Berlin, Germany, will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer forum rights you may have under your local law.

21. Changes to these Terms

I may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on this page. The updated Terms apply from the date posted. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
