Where I ship
I currently ship to 19 countries: United States, Australia, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Canada, New Zealand, Netherlands, Austria, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Singapore, Czech Republic, and the United Kingdom.
If your country is not listed, contact me and I will check if I can accommodate your request.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Carriers, production, and tracking
I work with regional print partners so your print is produced near you. This usually shortens transit time and reduces environmental impact. Tracking is provided for all shipments and is emailed once your order ships.

Customs, duties, and taxes
Any duties or import taxes are shown at checkout when available. If duties are not collected at checkout, you are responsible for paying them on delivery. Refusal to pay may lead to return or disposal by the carrier.

Address accuracy and changes
Enter your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you need to fix an address, contact me immediately. Once production or shipping has started, changes may not be possible.

Failed delivery
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or it goes unclaimed, it may be returned or disposed of by the carrier. You can place a new order with the correct details. Costs are your responsibility.

Damage, defects, or missing orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if tracking shows it lost, contact me within 30 days of delivery or, for a lost parcel, within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging, label, and item. I will arrange a replacement or other solution according to the Refund Policy.

Pick up is not available.
