Quality Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your print or digital download, contact me within 30 days of delivery (or purchase for digital files). I will review your case and offer a solution.
How to contact
Email: shop@poster-junkies.com or use the contact form.
Include: order number, brief description of the issue, and clear photos (outer packaging, shipping label, full item, and close-ups of the defect). For digital files, describe the issue and attach a screenshot if helpful.
What is covered

Printing defects (banding, smudges, severe misalignment, wrong item).

Transit damage (crushed tube, creases, dents).

Lost orders (not delivered within the courier’s official lost-parcel window).

Corrupted or incorrect digital file.
What is not covered
-
Minor color variation vs. on-screen previews. Different screens, printer profiles, and paper types cause shifts.

Wear from handling or poor storage (humidity, direct sunlight, fingerprints).

Wrong size or wrong ratio selected by the customer for digital files. Use the Size Guide before printing.

Address issues caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Resolutions
I will propose one of the following based on the case:

Replacement at no extra cost (preferred for damaged/defective/lost).

Partial refund or full refund if a replacement is not possible or you prefer a refund.

Corrected digital file if a file was faulty.
Timeframes

Report print quality or damage issues within 30 days of delivery.

Report lost shipments within 30 days after the estimated delivery date shown by the carrier.

Digital file issues can be reported within 30 days of purchase.
Returns
All prints are made to order. Returns are not accepted unless I request the item back for inspection. Unauthorised returns cannot be processed.
Shipping & address issues

Wrong address: If an order is returned or disposed of due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you can place a new order with the correct address. The cost is your responsibility.

Returned to sender / unclaimed / refused: If the carrier returns or disposes of the parcel, you can place a new order. Shipping costs are your responsibility.

Customs and duties: These are non-refundable. If a parcel is returned due to unpaid duties, the above “returned to sender” terms apply.
Digital downloads

Delivery: Files are available immediately after checkout, sent by email, and stored in your customer account.

What you receive: 5 high-resolution JPG files (300 DPI) in the following aspect ratios: 2x3, 3x4, 4x5, 11x14, International (ISO). See the Size Guide for common print sizes.

Refunds: Digital products are non-refundable after purchase. If a file is corrupted or incorrect, I will provide a corrected file promptly.

Use: Personal use only. No resale or redistribution.
Color consistency
I work with trusted print partners and calibrated workflows. Slight color variation can occur due to printer settings, paper stock, and lighting. These tolerances are normal and not considered defects.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, contact me as soon as possible. If production has not started, I will cancel and refund. Once an item enters production, cancellation is not guaranteed.
